Mossy Creek Private Water

Aside from the 4 mile stretch of public water on Mossy Creek, there are a few landowners that have been generous enough to provide guided access to their stretches of this famous spring creek. These stretches hold good populations of browns that have been stocked by the VDGIF as well as large trophy brown and rainbow trout. These private stretches are available for guided trips exclusively through the fly shop. Guiding on this water is very limited to retain the quality of the fisheries and out of respect to the landowners. Contact the shop for further inquiries.
