Wall of Fame

 

Alright folks, we hear a lot of fishing stories around the fly shop. Let's see some proof. We are looking for photos of Virginia fly fishing phots of smallmouth bass over 18", musky over 40", carp over 10lbs, native brookies over 10", rainbows over 22", or brown trout over 20"! There have been a few trophies caught so far in 2011. We will post photos from our guide trips, but send us a photo of your truly big fish and see if it makes the page!

This Week At

Mossy Creek

Trout are crushing dries on Mossy and the Bass fishing is epic. Periodic cicadas are crawling around on the upper James. Fishing can't get much better!

We have been landing 100's of bass on the Shenandoah and huge fish on the James. The trout fishing on the spring creeks and up in the mountains couldn't get much better. We have a minimum of 3 trips booked every day into June. We will post reports daily when we get off the water! Look for bass and trout trips in mid to late June.
